Shipping Guidelines

How do I schedule a pickup?

You can schedule a pickup via Call, Text, Email or Online Booking.

Do you have a cut off time when scheduling for pickup?

Yes, our cut off time is every 2pm from Monday to Saturday. Don’t worry, we will still pickup your parcels the next business day if you book after the cut off time.

What are the sizes of your pouch?

  • For our Metro Manila, we have two (2) sizes of plastic pouch:

    1. Small: 8 inches x 12 inches
    2. Large: 11 inches x 17 inches
  • For our Provincial, we also have two (2) sizes of plastic pouch:

    1. Small: 9.5 inches x 14 inches
    2. Large: 12 inches x 18 inches

What if our items could not fit your pouches?

If your items could not fit our pouches, you can use your own packaging. We will measure and weigh your package. We will charge you whichever is higher between actual weight and volumetric weight.

To determine the volumetric weight (kg) of the customize package, measure the Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 3500.

How could I avail your UNLIMITED weight service for Metro Manila shipment?

You could avail our UNLIMITED weight service as long as your items could fit our small or large pouch.

How could I request sonic express pouches and waybills?

You could email us at [email protected]. We will ask our rider to send the supplies to you.

Do you have a pickup charge? And is there a minimum number of packages before you could pickup?

We offer door to door courier services without additional pickup charge and minimum packages.

How could I track my packages?

To determine the status of your package, you could visit our website and enter your sonic express tracking number.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

What are the prohibited items?

The management has the right to reject parcels / cargos that are included in the prohibited items listed below.

  1. Explosives items, ammunition, firearms, toy guns, air soft guns and other related items
  2. Narcotics items such as marijuana and other prohibited drugs
  3. Flammable items such as lighters, paints, thinners, and other gas products
  4. And other restricted items that are prohibited by the Philippines law.

What is your insurance policy?

In case of missing items WITHOUT DECLARED VALUE indicated in the waybill, the management will ONLY cover free insurance of up to Php 500 ( five hundred pesos only ) per waybill regardless of the actual content of the parcel.

In case of missing items WITH DECLARED VALUE indicated in the waybill, the management will ONLY pay the value declared in the waybill regardless of the actual content of the parcel and refund the freight fee.

Declared value higher than Php 500, the shipper should pay additional insurance fee at 1% of the declared value. (Example: Declared value is Php 5000. The shipper should pay additional Php 45 for the insurance fee)

The maximum declared value per waybill/shipment will Php 10,000. If the declared value will be higher than Php 10,000, the shipper should contact the management for assistance.
